Ocean freight, customs and import rules are a different world from interstate trucking — with a different federal regulator. Here's what we can genuinely help with, and what to check on the rest.
The short version: we publish federal records for US interstate carriers — that's our lane. International moves add FMC-licensed ocean forwarders, customs brokerage and destination import rules, which are outside it. Where we help: the domestic leg to the port, and any US interstate move before or after the assignment. We'd rather define the line than pretend otherwise.
